Big shout out to OPAA for donating to our Friday Friends bags and to Allison Kauk for helping coordinate it. We love our counselors Mrs. Barnett and Mrs. Jones who put the bags together every week. Their willingness to serve our students, staff, and families is invaluable and we are grateful that they show up everyday for the brown and white!

We are off to a fabulous start! We are thankful for our middle school and high school cheerleaders and mascot that helped us welcome our students this morning.
This week's Mountain Man's Attendance Awards went to:
4th Grade: Mrs. Laughlin’s Class
5th Grade: Mrs. Sheppard’s Class
6th Grade: Mrs. Cloud’s Class and Mrs. Cupp's Class
This week's Teacher of the Week is Mrs. Cupp! She is a hard worker. Mrs. Cupp is always trying to improve her craft so she can be her best for students. She is working hard to build thinking classrooms where students are always moving, always thinking, and always engaged. We are fortunate that she is FOR the brown and white! Congratulations!

Please follow the attached diagram if you will be dropping off or picking up your child at Elk City Intermediate. Doors will be opened at 7:30a.m. Students may also walk over from the park on the south side of ECIS. Please do not drop students off at Hutch's in the morning or pick them up at Hutch's in the afternoon. Due to the high volume of traffic, that is not a safe route. Thank you
