The One Church Teacher of the Week is Ms. Soto! Ms. Soto has moved up a grade but her consistency remains the same! She leads a classroom that is constantly engaged and on task. High expectations are a given in her class and she makes sure those expectations are upheld by each and every student. She is also one that never wavers in her pursuit of excellence! Congratulations Ms. Soto!

The One Church Teacher of the Week is Mrs. Ragan! Mrs. Ragan makes sure her music classes are always engaging and fun! The projects that she comes up with are always a hit with the students! She also does an incredible job with our ECIS Honor Choir, evident by their selection to perform as an Honor Group at the 2025 OkMEA Winter Conference in Tulsa. Congratulations Mrs. Ragan!

Our first Antler Alert of the year and we made sure to kick it off right! The usual awards were handed out and accomplishments recognized!

The One Church Teacher of the Week is Mrs. Williams! Mrs. Williams is always operating a classroom that uses fun interactive learning! Her classroom is one that students desire to be in, as it consistently has hands on learning and a fun atmosphere. She is also in charge of the GT program where she does an outstanding job! Congratulations Mrs. Williams!




Bus evacuation drills went off without a hitch the other day with Coach Stamm and Coach Varnell. Our students are well versed in everything they will need to know should an emergency situation ever arise while on the bus!

This Thursday, August 22nd is our Annual Band Ice Cream Social. Come to the Pioneer Center Auditorium at 7:00 p.m. for ice cream and information. This is an informal family event and all members of the family are invited. The High School Band students will perform some of their 2024 show selections and our Band Booster officers will offer information on how you can become a member. Ice cream and cookies will be served following the presentation. Please make plans to attend. Thank you for all the ways you support your child in their education.

Meet the teacher, TONIGHT, 5:30-7:00p.m. 6th grade students/parents, There will be an informational meeting in the library tonight (6-6:30) regarding the Washington D.C. trip for Summer 2025. Please stop by for information and answers to any questions you may have.

This morning we began our day celebrating our students and teachers’ achievements from last year. The pool of students we teach is full of exceptional students with endless potential! Meeting these students where they are, giving them what they need, and ensuring growth is what we do! To ensure their success, we have to be present, with a poolside seat, to know how to get where we need to go. Even Elk City Superintendent, Mr. Sparks, is ready to be at the pool!

As the school year quickly approaches we wanted to let everyone get a glimpse on a major change at our campus. NEW FENCE! A big shout out to Mr. Chauncey and Officer Chaney for working hand in hand to receive a grant from the Department of Justice to help in this endeavor.
