Seniors in Mrs. Thompson's English 4 class completed a week long study on some challenging vocabulary, culminating in performances of the lyrics they wrote featuring the words. We've always known we have some real talent in the class of 2024! Who knew that included future rappers?!

ELKS Academy students ventured to Oklahoma City today for a Capitol Arts Tour funded by a grant awared to the program through the Oklahoma Arts Council and National Endowment for the Arts. Students enjoyed seeing the beautiful architecture of the state capitol building and an abundance of amazing artwork. They also learned many interesting facts about the governmental system in Oklahoma and visited the floor of both the Senate and House. It's what we do! #Lead #Learn #Grow
