Tonight!! 6-8 pm!!! We will have the Oklahoma State Regents available in our commons area for you and your student to come work on the FAFSA application! You can ask any questions AT ALL you might have about FASFA and learn the best ways to get funding for your student in their future. Please come for the whole time or just stop by! I promise they can help with anything regarding Federal Aide much more than I can! 🤎📚🎓


Seniors!!!
Tomorrow is a big day! The ASVAB will be given tomorrow for those that signed up to take it starting at 8:30 am! Please be to Mrs. Phillips office by 8:15 am with your chrome book! If you don't know if you signed up, please check your email for the list of students!
Also, tomorrow evening from 6-8 pm in the commons we will have FAFSA night for any and everyone wanting guidance and help on the FAFSA! The Oklahoma State Regents will be here at these times to answer any questions and guide those who need it! Please make sure student and whoever is financially responsible for student show up to the meeting if you are wanting any guidance or have any questions. Please refer to prior posts about what to bring to the meeting.
REMINDER - the FAFSA IS a graduation requirement starting this year with the class of 2025!

Senior panel pic retakes will be this coming Monday from 10-1. This will be the last opportunity to take a senior picture.
Our fast pitch softball team is headed to state! Since this is an out of town game, students will need to have a permission form signed by a guardian in order to attend. We will not accept permission over the phone. There will be a pep bus with limited spots available, and all absences will be coded as activity absences. Check in with a school official at the ballgame will be required. Permission forms are now available at the office, and are due no later than 8:00 this Thursday morning.

Fall Break is here! Please see the attached flyer for information. Have a restful fall break, but don't forget to cheer on the Elkettes at Super Regionals in Shawnee this Thursday and Friday! Also, don't miss the Big Elks as they take on Clinton here at home this Thursday night! We'll see you Tuesday!

Tennis Booster meeting coming soon!

Interact Club will be collecting food and book donations to fill the blessing boxes located around Elk City. These will be collected the week of September 30-October 4 only. All donations are appreciated!
There will be a pep bus to tomorrow's football game in Burkburnett, Texas. The bus will leave at 3:15 from the Pioneer Center parking lot. In order to attend, students must have a parent call the office by 3:00, they must be eligible in all subjects, and they must not have excessive absences. Students need to bring money for dinner and plan on getting back around 12:30.
Reminder: Homecoming candidate applications are due at noon today. Check your email for the link. You must log in through Google to view the application.
The WTC Business Technology Center in Sayre is participating in a project called "Chain of Love" to raise funds for Special Olympics. With a $5 donation, your name will be displayed on a link in the chain. Donations are currently being accepted at the ECHS office on behalf of our Business Tech students.
