Some of our Pre-K classes were able to go over to the Intermediate playground and utilize the teeter totters this week. This was so they could get a real world visual of what heavy and light looks like!

As we have finished up September, we would like to recognize the September Character Trait recipients! Joyful was the character trait for September. Thank you to our wonderful OPAA cafeteria staff for preparing such a delicious dinner for P/T Conference night! The nacho bar kept us full for the entire evening! ✨📚 Ms. Busby's 3rd graders are diving into the world of words! Today, they practiced using dictionaries to discover word meanings, guide their spelling and had a dictionary race. Watching their excitement as they learn to become word detectives has been amazing!

Starting a little something called our FOR awards. Students and teachers will be recognized periodically for their contributions and constant mindset of being FOR the Brown and White. Today's praise came via Sonic drinks for our incredible Pre-K Assistant Team (Fierro, Misner, Cook, Kelley, Ruiz, & Poole). They work hand in hand with our Pre-K teachers and are tirelessly striving to do what's best FOR our littles. Thank you for making a difference and making that difference every day!
