Elk City JV football game tonight vs Cache is set for 6:30 pm start.
Congratulations to our Elk City High School softball team, Regional Champions !!! This coming Thursday, Oct. 10th and Friday, Oct. 11th they will be competing in a 4-A Super Regional at North Rock Creek High School in Shawnee. Game times Thursday will be Noon and 2:00 pm, and the if game on Friday at 11:00 am. Tickets can be purchased online at OSSAA Gofan, and there will be a cash ticket option at the game. Good luck ladies !!

Elk City Public Schools is committed to Always Growing and providing additional opportunities for our students.
For some time now, Elk City High School Students have been able to earn college credits through Southwestern Oklahoma State University, while completing their high school years. However, the SWOSU Courses were offered through online instructors. Students and parents felt as though they were missing out on the final years of high school. While the college credits earned were great for our students, too often, the online courses kept our students from participating in daily Elk City High School life. In order to integrate the opportunity to earn college credits while in high school, and still be an active participant at ECHS, Elk City Public Schools made a financial commitment to provide a college classroom for students on our campus. The opportunity to earn college credits taught in person by SWOSU Instructors, utilizing EC classrooms, has led to an increase in the number of students earning college credits. Elk City High School is second only to Yukon High School pertaining to the number of students enrolled in the SWOSU Concurrent Program.

In an effort to keep our students safe and to keep this an enjoyable experience for all of our patrons and guests, we are asking for your help.
We ask that all students remain in the stands during the game. Students are not permitted to play on the track, on the north end of the stadium, around the field house, or behind the stands. Also, please help us keep the walkway at the bottom of the stands clear by not standing along the railing.
Thank you for helping us keep Big Elk Stadium safe and fun for all!
