This Thursday and Friday we are hosting a 4-A regional softball tournament. All Elk City 7-12 grade students will have FREE admission, compliments of an anonymous local business. Any Middle School students wanting to attend on Thursday will have to be signed out at the Middle School Office by a parent. Attached is a 4-A bracket, and ticket info for all other patrons. All tickets will have to be purchased online at OSSSAA.com Gofan. Please support our Elkette softball team.

23-24 MS Student Council
Following the completion of our seventh grade football game with Woodward, ECPS contacted the Oklahoma Secondary Schools Athletics Association to inquire about adding an additional game to our seventh grade schedule. Unfortunately, we have to count the two quarters played with Woodward as a full game and therefore we are not allowed to compete in any additional games that exceeds the allowed eight contests. ECPS is going to contact our upcoming opponents and see if any of the remaining schools might be interested in adding a fifth quarter to provide additional opportunities for our students to participate in and gain game experiences.

Changes for tonight’s Middle School football games in Woodward. Woodward does not have enough 7th grade players to have a full game. Therefore, we will start with the 8th grade game at 5:00 pm and follow up with the 7th grade team playing as much as they can. Coach Greene is trying to find an extra game for the 7th grade to replace this game. Thank you for your understanding.
