Parents of students in 8th hour athletics. Please talk to your student athlete tonight about the sport they will participate in during the winter months. As we change sports we have to change facilities to accomodate our student athletes. Your child was able to talk to their coach today and were told what equipment, the location and dismissal time of their sport. Please visit with them over the weekend to make arrangements to make the transition to winter sports as smooth as possible. Thank you.

Homecoming Spirit Week starts tomorrow!
For the MS Football games tonight at El Reno you will be able to purchase tickets at the gate. They DO NOT have a clear bag policy, but they do have a NO RE ENTRY policy.
The 8th grade football game tomorrow with Woodward will start at 6:00 pm . The 7th grade football game with Woodward tomorrow has been canceled. Our 7th grade athletes will travel on September 24th and play Mount St. Mary's at 6:00 pm.

ECPS is monitoring the weather very closely. A recent forecast shows storms developing after 4:00 p.m. ECMS student athletes will remain at the Middle School and be dismissed from the game gym. Thank you for your understanding.
Due to forecasted severe weather chances this evening, Monday, May 6th we are cancelling EC Athletic Physical night. We have rescheduled for next Monday, May 13th at 6:00 pm. Thanks for your cooperation.
Monday May 6th from 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm in the Pioneer Center hospitality area we will have EC Athletic Physical night. All Elk City student athletes grades 6th through 11th grade will be eligible to participate. The cost will be $15 per student, if you write a check please make it payable to Elk City High School. New OSSAA athletic physical forms for EC Athletes can be picked up by students or parents at the offices at ECHS, MS and Intermediate before Monday. Thanks for your cooperation.
