Basketball Tournament Update!!! Navajo athletic department was kind enough to move our 8th grade teams to the other side of the bracket so our teams would not have to play each other. This means our 8th grade teams will travel to Frederick to play and our 7th grade teams will play at Navajo. 8th grade girls will play at 4:30 and 8th grade boys at 5:30 in Frederick. 7th grade girls will play at 4:30 and 7th grade boys will play at 5:30 in Navajo. I have attached updated tournament brackets for your convience. Thank you for your continued support.

Our MONEY WAR started today! The money collected will help us purchase food for Thanksgiving Baskets for our students & families in need.
Starting Monday through Friday we will have a Money War Fundraiser to help provide Thanksgiving Baskets that will go to our Middle School families in need during this Thanksgiving season. We will have a competition 7th grade girls vs 7th grade boys vs 8th grade girls vs 8th grade boys. All coins will count as positive and all bills will count negative. (So your team could sabotage another team!)

Athletic changes. Girls' offseason will remain at the Middle School November 1st and 2nd due to coaches attending a conference. They will return to the softball barn on Friday. Thank you for your help.

MS Football announcement. 7th and 8th grade football players will have lunch on Friday in the Tech Ed building. Blue Mountain Smoke and Farm Bureau are catering/sponsoring this meal to celebrate the accomplishments of this season.

The Middle School has a Friday Friend list for students & their families who might need help with food at home. Students can pick up food on Fridays to take home for the weekend. If you would like your child to be added to this list, please call Shawnda at the Middle School. 580-225-5043

Elk City Middle School Athletic Announcement! Wanted to remind athletic parents that we switch over to our winter sports today. Hopefully you had an opportunity to talk to your student athlete about what sport they signed up for and where they will practice. We have changed one of the locations, so I put where the sports will practice starting today. Parents please remember we transport the student athletes to the facilities to practice and it is your responsibility to pick them up. There are no buses available for them to ride home on.
