NEW STUDENT ENROLLMENT (2026–2027 SCHOOL YEAR)
Who: Only for students who did not attend Elk City Public Schools last year (new to the district).
When: August 5, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Where: Elk City High School
Details: Covers all grade levels PreK - 12; representatives from every school site will be on hand to help enroll your child.
What to Bring / Prepare
Student's birth certificate
Student's current immunization record
Parent/guardian proof of residency (e.g., utility bill, lease agreement, or mortgage statement within the past 60 days)
Questions or online pre-registration support through Elk City Public Schools or call the district office at (580) 225-0175
RETURNING students do not attend. We will update when RETURNING student enrollment opens.

Attention ECHS & MS athletes; All 7th, 9th, 11th, and any new student athletes in our district. Tuesday, Aug. 4th will be SWAY concussion testing in the ECHS Pioneer Gym from 10 am - 12:00.
If you play a contact sport you will need to complete a baseline test. You will need to bring a cell phone with you to complete the test. Thank you for your cooperation.
