EARN FREE COLLEGE TUITION! With the Oklahoma Higher
Learning Access Program, now known as Oklahoma's Promise,
8th, 9th, & 10th Grade Students whose
annual family income is $50,000 or less (at time of application) & who agree
to meet certain academic requirements & conduct standards, can earn free
college tuition. A student must enroll during the 8th, 9th, or 10th grade
& start preparing for college early by taking high school courses that will
