Terrific Ticket Program:  The Terrific Ticket Program is a system where teachers cite students with a special blue ticket when they are caught displaying TERRIFIC behaviors or characteristics.  Students who are awarded Terrific Tickets receive an untucked shirt certificate, recognition at Good Morning Grandview, and are pictured in the local newspapers as Terrific Students.

Lion's Cubs of the Month: Students are recommended to the principal by the teachers.  Recommendations are based on outstanding leadership, citizenship, and academic achievement.

Student Council:  The purpose of the Grandview Student Council is to promote responsibility and leadership in students, and to provide an opportunity for all to have a voice in the educational process.  The Grandview Center Student Council sponsors activities throughout the school year to promote attendance and school spirit among the student body.

ARP: Accelerated Reader Program; The Accelerated Reader Program is a computer reading motivation and management program.  It is designed around a system of goals and recognition.  Students read books and take a computerized test which measures their comprehension.
