Code
In accordance with the Elk City School Board
Policy:
**Prohibited are bare midriffs, halter-tops,
and spaghetti straps. All shoulder straps must be a minimum of
three fingers wide over the shoulders.
**Clothing should be decent and proper.
**Clothing should not display any obscene or offensive pictures or
logos.
**No Heelies
